  Für uns verlief der Autoverleih mit der Familie Shehu wunderbar. Die Reservierung verlief einfach über die Webseite der Firma und ich wurde ein paar Tage vor der Abholung nochmal kontaktiert. Wir hatten einen Ford Fiesta Baujahr 2020 für 6 Tage und sind problemlos durchgekommen. Bei der Abholung hat der Geschäftsinhaber Artur uns den Wagen erklärt und bestehende Schäden abgeklärt. Da wir die Vollkasko Versicherung gewählt haben, hatten wir eine sorgenfreie Reise. Das Auto fuhr sich super und in der ganzen Woche haben wir kein einziges Problem gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit den Shehu‘s war super einfach und flexibel, immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben eine durchweg positive Erfahrung gemacht und empfehlen den Mietwagenverleih weiter!   Super gentili, onesti e disponibili. La sera prima del nostro arrivo a Tirana, mi hanno avvisato che la macchina da me prenotata aveva un guasto al motore, e che ci avrebbero dato una macchina sostitutiva. La macchina costava di più ma ce l'hanno data allo stesso prezzo di quella prenotata in precedenza. Al ritorno ci hanno anche accompagnato in aeroporto. Super consigliati.

  Very good car rental! Would definitely recommend. The car prices are better than other rentals and the car was in very good condition (we had a Skoda Rapid 2015 model). Jack was very friendly, answered all of our questions and gave us tips and tricks.

  I was extremely satisfied with the rental car. Reliable and comfortable vehicle with low consumption thanks to LPG. On the first day Jack delivered the car to our hotel and gave us a great tip for a trip near Tirana. On returning the car we were driven to the airport.
